During the past year Oryx have been exploring opportunities in California, which has led us to open our first overseas office, located in Newport Beach, California. The new office in California is an extension of The Oryx Corporation, with the Dubai office still very much in full swing.

We see California as an emerging property market, with signs of growth and a sustainable real estate prospect. We don't base our findings on loosely gathered information, but by actually being there. We are committed to looking at the long term picture, not just the here and now, and will be positively driving Oryx throughout the state of California and beyond, with this, being the first overseas enterprise in Newport Beach on the western coast.
